PeopleSoft ReportDistAdmin, ReportSuperUser And ProcessSchedule Roles

These Roles are "Special" roles that through the underlying C code are recognized to have permission lists to do certain things like administer, delete, and view reports and processes.


ReportDistAdmin

This is for roleusers who are Report Distributions Administrators.  They have access to view ALL the reports output from Report Manager.  They are also allowed to delete the report entry and update the distribution list / expiration date of a report entry in Report Manger.

ReportSuperUser

This is for roleusers who are Report Super users.  They are allowed to delete their own report entries, update the distribution list and expiration of the report entries they have access to in Report Manger.

ProcessSchedulerAdmin

You have an option to setup a User ID in PeopleSoft Security as a Process Scheduler system administrator. A user with this privilege has ability to update any definitions in Process Scheduler Manager and view all process requests in Process Monitor.
