“Windows movie maker cannot start
because your video card does not support the requirements level of hardware?”
This either
means your graphics card(if you have one) does not suffice for Windows
Movie Maker's requirements (maybe it’s too old), or your graphics card driver
is not the latest (sometimes updating to the latest may help).
Simply by going to properties on the graphics card in Device Manager and updating the driver.
