Make sure you do the following for all the monitoring, monitored systems
Monitored system

1. In PIA, clear out (set to NONE) the specify monitor URLS
2. In PIA, set agent filter to standby
3. Restart the application server domain and web server instance.
PPMI monitoring system
---------------------------------
1. Turn off collator for application server domain using psadmin to reconfigure.
2. In PIA, to go global admin, clear out (set to NONE) the PPMI URL
3. In PIA, clear out (set to NONE) the specify monitor URLS
4. Restart the application server domain and web server instance.
