PeopleSoft Recruiting and
Admissions Supports the Admission Cycle
This list describes how PeopleSoft applications support
the admission process:
1. PeopleSoft Recruiting and
Admissions captures an individual who is interested in the
organization and defines them as a
prospect
2. The prospect is tracked using
the 3Cs.
3. The prospect submits an
application to the organization through PeopleSoft
Recruiting and Admissions.
4. An application center receives
and reviews the application.
5. Depending on the application
review, the applicant’s program action status changes
form Applied to Admitted or some
other value and an offer letter is sent to he
student.
6. If the student submits an
intent to enroll, the institution matriculates the student.
7. Once matriculated, the student
moves to the PeopleSoft Student Records application
where he or she is term activated
and prepared for course enrollment.
