To use Net Express 5.1 WrapPack 4 on Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2, you will need a new base Net Express 5.1 product to be installed before you can upgrade to WrapPack 4. Net Express 5.1 WrapPack 1 is that new base.
So the order of installation on a Windows 7 or Server 2008 R2 machine is
- Install Net Express 5.1 WrapPack 1
- Install Net Express 5.1 WrapPack 4
