When Query runs to Excel over SSL
(HTTPS) connection, one or more of these errors may occur:
Microsoft Office excel cannot access the file.
The filename or path does not exist.
The file is been worked by another program.
The workbook you are trying to save is same as current workbook open.

Its known issue in the way IE interprets the cache headers. Refer to
